I've lived in Utah for about six years. I've spent so many Sundays languishing on the couch while watching four grown men scream at each other. You'd think they were discussing the war on drugs or perhaps the merits of the most recent version of the stimulus package.
Not so.
Their overly energetic discussions centered around meaningless NFL games. And, embarassingly, this entertained me on Sunday mornings. Until today. I made the trek up to Salt Lake City with some family to see the Mormon Tabernacle Choir put on their weekly broadcast "Music and the Spoken Word", hosted by this man.
Watching the choir's broadcast for the first time was such an impressive experience. Anyone who has not gone should go, and go immediately. It's worth the trip, and I feel really silly that I never took advantage of this incredible opportunity.

I will try to go sometime because of your endorsement. It sounds like a neat experience.
